End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: September 19th, 2024

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Relax Gal Digital (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”), governing the use of digital content, including but not limited to worksheets, audio files, and other materials (“Products”) provided by Relax Gal Digital.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, access, or use the Products.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Relax Gal Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, access, and use the Products for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you shall not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit the Products in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or other methods, except as permitted by the scope of this license.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Products.
• Use the Products for any commercial purposes, including selling, reselling, or redistributing the Products.
• Share the Products with others in any form, including posting the Products online or on file-sharing platforms.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Products.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Products are owned by Relax Gal Digital. The Products are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Products by purchasing or downloading them, only the limited rights expressly granted by this Agreement.

4. No Warranty

The Products are provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Relax Gal Digital does not warrant that the Products will be error-free or that access to the Products will be uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Relax Gal Digital or its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Products, even if Relax Gal Digital has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Relax Gal Digital reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and delete any copies of the Products in your possession.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction] for any legal action related to this Agreement.

8. Amendments

Relax Gal Digital reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. If any changes are made, the updated Agreement will be made available on our website. Continued use of the Products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
